When life is our ceremony we need daily integration tools to support our evolution!

Are you ready to cultivate your creative spiritual potential by integrating the lessons from your psychedelic or plant medicine journey?

Psychedelics have been in; mainstream newspapers, influencer feeds, youtube, documentaries and research papers have multiplied in what has come to be the “Psychedelic Renaissance”. While a large amount of research and optimism is being placed on the medical use of psychedelics, the underground movement has grown with a similar speed. From my personal experience in working with plant medicine and psychedelics for the last 10 years I found that the golden missing ingredient has been integration.

Without proper integration, a return to our normal environment will often bring with it a return of the defenses and symptoms you turned to psychedelics to alleviate.

A challenging and difficult psychedelic experience that is left unresolved and processed could result in the emergence of repressed traumatic memories.

Frequent use of psychedelics without integration can have an unbalancing effect that can end up hindering more than it helps and keep us in a loop of needing more..

Furthermore, proper integration begins before the experience is even undertaken.

In anticipation of a psychedelic and plant medicine experience, lack of proper preparation can cause undesired adverse effects (e.g. not knowing the full effects of the substance, not setting proper intentions, not entering the experience from a stable position).

I offer support to people that may have been or are thinking of going through a psychedelic experience in that way. I believe that these experiences can be highly enriching, but are not without dangers – that’s why I offer support on the preparation and integration of these experiences. I believe in the harm reduction principle, and my mission is to give you clear and relevant information and help you find the perfect integration support for you.

Testimonials

I have often been struggling with the integration after ayahuasca ceremonies, not knowing how to handle the emotions that had been stirred up. TISH has been doing a tremendous job at guiding me to better understand and work with my shadows. I’m very grateful for all she has given me.

Sarah Maccarty

Tish really cares and it comes across in the way she listens. She has helped me tune in to feelings in my body that I didn’t even know were there. I love his approach, and has supported me in integrating my challenging psychedelic experience with psilocybin.I feel more connected to myself and my life after talking with her. I’m so glad I found her.
