about my experience

For the last decade I’ve been working on planning, organizing and executing retreats, training, corporate events and transformational experiences. I’ve worked on multiple festival production teams, supported internationally renowned retreat centers in setting up operations and systems and supported world class teachers in their retreats / trainings.

My journey started in corporate events management, at the age 25 I had the opportunity to work for Velti Events in South Africa where we planned events for KPMG, P&G and MTV. I was always fascinated by the vision, the planning process and seeing the manifestation of the intention coming together. I moved to Costa Rica in 2015. I started my own retreat business, worked for various retreat centers in Costa Rica, and individual clients that hired me to plan their retreats and trainings.

I’ve been working with Envision Festival for the last 8 years in various positions from artist relations, staff coordination, talent buying and curation. I worked with Cosmic Conversions as a talent buyer and yoga manager in 2018 & 2019. Sound & Silence in 2019 as talent & staff coordinator. I co-produced Visionary Immersion in 2021. Together with Magdelion Moondrop we co-produced one of the largest all female music production retreats for Shakti Sound in Costa Rica.

I’ve planned, organized and produced over 40 retreats internationally in Peru, Thailand, Greece, Costa Rica and South Africa with clients such as Regan Hillyer, Juanpa Barahona, Uma Ashleigh Sergeant, Rachel Brathen (Yoga Girl), Mel Wells, Taylor Simpson, Amber Sears,Nadine Lee to name a few.

Amber Sears is a holistic lifestyle and business coach who specializes in quantum transformations. Her mission is to empower you to dramatically upgrade your personal and professional life with mind-body fitness, lifestyle design, and conscious business practices.

Amber specializes in producing deeply healing and empowering retreats and teacher training programs around the globe. She also works intimately with health & wellness professionals to help them build their dream businesses.

Amber currently resides in Austin, Texas with her husband, JP Sears, and their toddler Wilder, where she is learning how to live off grid & homestead.

Martina Margheri

Martina has produced some of the most transformational events in the entertainment industry from international music festivals and expos to boutique gatherings, summits and multi-purpose art venues. With 15 years of experience, Martina has held senior management roles within global networks with a focus centered on logistics, operations, technical production, crew management and custom stage design and build. She has a BA in Business School and an MA in Events Management with Music & Media. Martina managed and produced entire areas of the UK’s largest music and arts festivals, such as Glastonbury and Boomtown Fair, and was asked to teach two Events Mgmt modules at the LondonMet University. She is now based in Costa Rica where she built and ran the production dept of Envision Festival for over 7 years.

Ed Zaydelman

Having grown up in New York City, Ed has been producing events and retreats for the last 20 years. His mission is to connect people to the wisdom and tools they need to live their best lives and grow to their potential. Over the years he’s been passionately supporting the teachers, healers, and practitioners that are the catalyst to transformation. He has consulted international hotel brands, developed his retreat center in Costa Rica – VIDA, produced unique events around the globe, and worked with top talent in the personal growth and wellness space.

Steve Allen

Steve has been in the field of transformation and healing for more than a decade, after studying multiple modalities and lineages in science and spirituality from all over the globe, he has worked with hundreds of people to transform personal beliefs and perceptions to create the life and results people want with ease, speed and simplicity.

He worked as a community manager and facilitator for Mindvalley for 5 years, and has experience in organizing event stages, welfare in festivals, music tours, and group transformation workshops.
